We collect the information needed to operate Kavenio, secure accounts, process API requests, and support connected social and advertising workflows.

• Account information, such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, organization or workspace details, and login activity.
• API and product usage data, such as API keys, request metadata, SDK and CLI usage, endpoint activity, rate-limit events, webhook configuration, and delivery logs.
• Connected account information, such as platform account IDs, handles, avatars, permissions, account status, page or channel metadata, ad account metadata, and encrypted authorization data needed to act on your instructions.
• Content and media data, such as post text, captions, images, videos, scheduling details, campaign inputs, validation results, publishing history, and related assets you submit or ask us to process.
• Billing data, such as payment-method status, invoices, usage totals, payment-related identifiers, and tax information. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Kavenio.
• Technical and security data, such as IP address, browser and device details, logs, error traces, cookies, timestamps, and signals used to detect abuse or debug the Service.
• Support communications and feedback that you send to us.

We use information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Kavenio.

• Create and authenticate accounts.
• Issue, validate, rotate, and revoke API credentials.
• Create OAuth or token connection flows for supported social and advertising platforms.
• Read, validate, store, publish, sync, or update content, media, connected-account data, campaigns, metrics, and status information at your instruction.
• Deliver webhooks and operational notifications.
• Process billing, enforce plan limits, and provide customer support.
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, investigate suspicious activity, and debug errors.
• Develop and improve the Service, including docs, SDKs, CLI workflows, and platform integrations.

When you connect a social or advertising platform, we process the platform data and credentials needed to provide the workflows you request. This may include sending content, media, campaign data, account identifiers, and instructions to the relevant platform.

Connected platforms have their own terms, privacy policies, rate limits, approval processes, and data handling practices. Kavenio is not responsible for how those platforms process data after you authorize or instruct a platform action.

Kavenio uses Meta and Facebook permissions only to provide the connected Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads workflows that you authorize.

To request deletion of data Kavenio received through Meta platforms, disconnect the related Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Ads account in Kavenio or email support@kavenio.com with the subject "Meta user data deletion." We may need to verify your identity and workspace access before completing the request.

Removing Kavenio from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings stops future access, but it may not delete data already stored in Kavenio. Contact us if you want stored Meta-related data deleted from Kavenio.

We share information with vendors that help us run Kavenio, including providers for authentication, payments, hosting, infrastructure, storage, email delivery, monitoring, security, analytics, and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

We also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce our agreements, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer content, connected-account credentials, or private API activity to train our own AI models.

We primarily process and store information in the United States. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain backups, enforce agreements, and support security or billing records.

You may delete certain data through the Service or by contacting support. Some deletion requests may take time to complete because of backups, legal obligations, security needs, platform logs, or billing records.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, credential protection, and secure storage practices for platform authorization data. No internet service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your login credentials, API keys, devices, and connected accounts.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and essential site functionality. We may also use analytics or operational tools to understand Service performance and usage. You can control some cookies through your browser settings, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of Kavenio from working.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export certain personal information. You can make a request by emailing support@kavenio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may deny or limit a request where permitted by law.

Kavenio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Because browser Do Not Track signals do not have a consistent industry standard, we do not currently respond to them in a uniform way.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by updating the date on this page. Your continued use of Kavenio after an update means the revised policy applies.
