Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kavenio, including our website, application, API, SDK, CLI, documentation, webhooks, account connection flows, and related services.

Kavenio gives developers and teams one API for connecting supported social and advertising accounts, accessing account data, managing content and media workflows, publishing or scheduling posts, working with campaigns, and receiving operational events.

Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Kavenio, a service operated by MaitoAI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with an address at 1111b South Governors Ave STE 25502, Dover, DE 19904, United States.

By creating an account, generating an API key, connecting a platform account, using the dashboard, SDK, CLI, API, documentation, or any related feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use Kavenio for a company, client, brand, product, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Kavenio provides API-first infrastructure for social and advertising workflows. The Service may include account connection flows, OAuth and token handling, connected-account metadata, media validation and storage helpers, post creation and scheduling, publishing workflows, campaign and ad account operations, reporting syncs, webhooks, a web application, SDKs, CLIs, docs, and related developer tools.

Kavenio does not give you ownership of any third-party platform, account, API, approval, credential, or data source. Supported features may vary by platform, plan, permission scope, approval status, and provider availability.

Accounts and API credentials

You are responsible for your Kavenio account, users, API keys, connected accounts, webhook endpoints, apps, and all activity under your credentials. Keep API keys and login credentials secure, rotate credentials when needed, and notify us promptly if you believe credentials or connected accounts have been compromised.

You may not share API keys publicly, attempt to bypass limits or permissions, use another customer's credentials, or create accounts to evade enforcement.

Customer content and data

You own the content, media, account data, campaign inputs, webhook data, and other materials you submit to Kavenio, subject to rights held by third parties and connected platforms.

You grant Kavenio permission to host, store, validate, transform, transmit, display, publish, retrieve, sync, analyze, and otherwise process your content and data as needed to provide the Service, follow your API instructions, enforce these Terms, secure the Service, and comply with law.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed for all content, media, account access, audience data, campaign data, and instructions you provide to Kavenio.

Connected platforms

Kavenio integrates with third-party social, advertising, messaging, media, analytics, and infrastructure platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms, developer policies, data processing terms, rate limits, permission requirements, review requirements, and content rules.

Third-party platforms may reject, delay, rate limit, suspend, modify, delete, demonetize, moderate, restrict, or fail to process actions requested through Kavenio. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, permission changes, account restrictions, moderation decisions, API changes, app review outcomes, or data returned by third-party platforms.

Developer responsibilities

You are responsible for the products and workflows you build with Kavenio. This includes your user notices, consent flows, privacy disclosures, platform permission requests, data deletion workflows, rate-limit handling, webhook security, customer support, and compliance obligations.

You may not use Kavenio to create broad proxy access to provider APIs, expose raw provider tokens, scrape or misuse platform data, evade provider restrictions, or represent that Kavenio gives you permissions you have not obtained.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kavenio to:

  • Violate law, platform policies, sanctions, export controls, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or contractual obligations.
  • Send spam, phishing, deceptive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, illegal, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate people, brands, companies, platforms, or public figures without authorization.
  • Collect, process, or publish sensitive personal information without required consent and legal basis.
  • Interfere with Kavenio, connected platforms, or other users through abuse, excessive load, malicious traffic, reverse engineering, credential attacks, or vulnerability exploitation.
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide managed access to Kavenio except as permitted by your plan or written agreement with us.

Plans, billing, and taxes

Paid usage limits and pricing are shown in the app, on our pricing page, or in an applicable order form. When you add a payment method, we may bill usage after the applicable billing period without charging you upfront.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement. You are responsible for taxes, duties, and similar charges.

We may change pricing, plan limits, included features, and billing models prospectively. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using the paid Service before the change applies.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Kavenio reliable, but the Service is provided without uptime guarantees unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Maintenance, incidents, provider outages, third-party API changes, platform review requirements, rate limits, queue delays, and security issues may affect availability or behavior.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, SDKs, APIs, docs, routes, or platform integrations. We may provide migration guidance for material API changes when commercially reasonable.

Security and platform credentials

Kavenio is designed to protect provider credentials and connected-account authorization data. You may not request, expose, store, forward, or attempt to extract raw provider tokens or unencrypted credentials through Kavenio unless we expressly provide a supported feature for that purpose.

You are responsible for configuring your own applications, redirect URLs, webhook endpoints, secrets, API clients, and permission scopes securely.

Intellectual property

Kavenio, including its software, APIs, SDKs, CLI, documentation, visual design, trademarks, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or exploit Kavenio except as permitted by law or by written agreement with us.

Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Copyright and rights complaints

If you believe content or activity on Kavenio infringes your rights, contact support@kavenio.com with enough detail for us to evaluate the request, including the work or right at issue, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and any required statements under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kavenio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, throttle requests, disable API keys, remove connected accounts, pause workflows, or delete content if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay, created risk for Kavenio or others, violated platform requirements, or if required by law.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may retain information as described in our Privacy Policy and as needed for legal, billing, security, backup, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

Kavenio is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that requested posts, messages, campaigns, account actions, media uploads, syncs, reports, webhooks, or provider actions will succeed, arrive on time, remain available, avoid moderation, or match every platform result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavenio and MaitoAI, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, platform restrictions, failed publishing actions, failed campaign actions, or provider decisions.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kavenio, MaitoAI, LLC, and our affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, products, API usage, customer relationships, violation of these Terms, violation of platform policies, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the Service, by email, or by updating the date on this page. Your continued use of Kavenio after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
